Bath of energy or human tsunami? 

I have moved myself out of my recently adopted village to go to Paris for my training session. 

I received a huge emotional punch this morning when I took the suburban train pushing my way into an already squeezed tight train— absorbing so much crowd and different energies directly after breakfast.

Although I already lived several years in Paris commuting every day, I never had felt that energy « attack » directly transferring from unknown people’s body to mine. It had the effect of a shock and at the same time I realized how much my perception of the energies have changed. 

I never payed attention to it before. 

And today, it felt as if a human tsunami poured on me. 

The simple fact of putting words on what I felt made this unpleasant and surprising feeling disappear as soon as I inhaled the pure and fresh air of the City. 

Note to self: it is extremely powerful to listen to what is happening inside myself.
